Wow, that was quite a day.

Finally closed the deal on a 2800 square foot office condo at a premier location.

Spent much of the evening moving boxes of books and electronics parts, and etc.

While I am actually writing this at 5:25 a.m. on 2-20-16, I dated it with yesterday's date to memorialize the date.

Really kind of weird.

It happened on the 45th anniversary date of my mom and late step-dad.

Place is beautiful, but must paint, clean carpets, fix blinds and furnish, before it is usable.

I will be discussing exactly what to do with this property with my own attorney during next several weeks.

(did you know attorneys have their own personal attorneys, sometimes ? And as you may have guessed, mine is the best of the best. "I will get you the respect you deserve", he recently wrote to me, with reference to business dealings.  I really liked that.)

So, that means that I will have to find some time in the middle of the night this next week in order to finish my rewiring.

I have everything set up, but need to set sound levels, etc., which takes several hours which I do not currently have.

Lots of stuff to move and need to get out and find some appropriate office furniture.

I am trying to get back to musical composition (and photography, so far as that goes) just as fast as I am able.

In meantime I am up to my neck in 3rd semester Greek class.

Lots of memorizing, as we are moving quickly through a graded reader.

I feel like an idiot.

But know to just work hard, and then harder, and then harder still, without worrying about such matters as how I feel or do not feel.

As Boxer. the huge workhorse in the novel Animal Farm (by George Orwell) so well said (over and over again):

"I will try harder".

Sounds good to me.

Here's hoping for the best.

Hope this finds all well with all of you whom I love so dearly,

vw
