I just walked in from getting all of the sound levels where they belong, between the various instruments.
They are finally ready to record in their new home here on Valentine Road.
I am on third floor overlooking our own beautiful Channel Islands and the Pacific Ocean.
Great view for composition.
Will tell more later.

Sorry about the long break here.
It has been incredibly difficult for me not to be able to write or to compose for months.
I ran into a deal for an office condo that was just too good to pass up.
Had no idea just how much stuff I had accumulated over the years, at several different locations.
Much expensive equipment, etc.
Has taken a little over six months to whip this thing into some kind of order.
It has been a killer.

As I told yesterday, I just purchased a 2800 square foot office condo with seven offices and a conference room.
I paid cash.
I avoid bank credit, altogether, due to their penchant for predatory lending, which I have seen far more of than I would like.
While everyone else was all excited about getting their new credit card or line of credit, I was taught, from very young, by very smart, and very wealthy people to avoid it like the plague.
All of our work is done with private capital.

Wow, that was quite a day.
Finally closed the deal on a 2800 square foot office condo at a premier location.
Spent much of the evening moving boxes of books and electronics parts, and etc.
While I am actually writing this at 5:25 a.m. on 2-20-16, I dated it with yesterday's date to memorialize the date.
Really kind of weird.
It happened on the 45th anniversary date of my mom and late step-dad.
Place is beautiful, but must paint, clean carpets, fix blinds and furnish, before it is usable.

I hope everybody had a good day yesterday.
I took my elderly mother out for a nice patio lunch at our local marina on a beautiful spring morning and early afternoon.
About as nice as one could ask for.
I have been working on reconfiguring keyboards since about 3 a.m., after sleeping for several hours.
I am almost ready to begin sound tests as I combine these four together into one united fabric of sound.
